Swamy is heading the finance function for the o3 Group. He has over 27 years of varied experience both in India and overseas with diverse industries - from a stint in one of the Big Four, followed by an International Bank, a leading company in the hospitality industry and a multitude of leading companies in the IT/ITES Sector. Swamy currently consults SMEs in the areas of Strategic & Operational Finance, General Management, People Development and Organizational Building.
Until recently, Swamy was Senior Vice President – Finance and Operations at Collabera, a $200M+ revenues New Jersey headquartered IT Solutions and Services Company. Swamy was earlier the COO & CFO of Adea International, a wholly owned subsidiary of Adea Solutions, Inc; a Dallas, TX (US) headquartered IT Solutions & Services Company. Prior to that, he was the VP Finance at ICICI OneSource Ltd (now called Firstsource), the BPO arm of ICICI group. Between 1998 and 2001, Swamy was CFO at Planetasia.com Limited, a Microland Group Company. His earlier experience includes stints at Sterling Resorts, Xerox (in Dubai), and KPMG.
Swamy is a Charter Member of TiE Bangalore, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 1981. He is a Commerce graduate from University of Bombay.
