Tanya Ballantyne leads the International Capital Markets initiatives for o3 Capital, with a focus on London's Alternative Investment Market (AIM). Prior to joining o3 Capital, Tanya worked with Hanson Westhouse, Inter Alliance and Williams de Broë. At Hanson Westhouse, she helped set up the investment banking practice, and led a number of AIM-based IPO's, including the first-ever primary listing for a Scandinavian company on AIM. At Inter Alliance, she worked as a strategic advisor to the board as they went through a period of radical restructuring. Prior to that, Tanya spent 5 years in the corporate finance practice at Williams de Broë, where she was involved in several transactions on AIM, including IPO's and M&A deals. Tanya holds an MBA from Edinburgh University and a degree in law from Trinity College, Dublin.
