About Us

Morpheus Media Fund is an Indian venture Fund that seeks to generate a superior rate of return by investing growth capital in companies where effective marketing is the key driver to growth, and assist these companies to capitalize on the transition to a brand aware economy.

Scheme Alpha is the Fund’s first scheme, with a target size of Rs. 900 crores.

India’s consumption is projected to grow in real terms from Rs. 17 trillion today to Rs. 70 trillion by 2025, driven by a growing consumer class, deeper pockets and the consequent increase in discretionary spending. Such “choice” spending makes it necessary for companies to invest in sustainable brands.

Morpheus seeks to invest in consumer-oriented businesses that are driven by strong brand recall and customer-centric business models. Given the dynamically growing consumer market in India, effective marketing will create the customer connect necessary to build long-term, effective brands.
