The Company has its registered office in Bangalore and Corporate office in Mumbai, India. The Company provides advisory services in the areas of private equity syndication and mergers & acquisitions to its clientele in Technology, Life Sciences, Health Care, Consumer and Digital and Industrial Verticals.
