o3 Capital Global Advisory Private Limited (“o3 Capital”) is registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as CAT I Merchant Banker. This is to bring to the notice of the user that o3 Capital is engaged in the services of providing corporate finance advisory services in relation to mergers and acquisitions, private equity etc.

Investors and other stakeholders are hereby informed that:

• SEBI’s investor protection mechanisms, including the SCORES platform and any other grievance redressal mechanism prescribed by SEBI, shall not be available for grievances or disputes arising out of or relating to such non-SEBI-regulated activities.

• Any grievance or dispute in relation to such activities shall be dealt with in accordance with the applicable contractual terms and governing laws, and not under SEBI regulations.

Users are advised to carefully evaluate the nature of the activity before availing any such services.
