We are pleased to announce that our client, Quest Global, has successfully acquired BITSILICA.

Quest Global, the world’s largest independent pure-play engineering services company, acquired BITSILICA, an India-based semiconductor design services company. The acquisition will strengthen Quest Global’s semiconductor offerings and expand its footprint in supporting global semiconductor customers. It will also accelerate the company’s strategy to build full-stack capabilities from concept-to-silicon-to-software.

Founded in 2019, BITSILICA brings deep expertise across ASIC Design, Design Verification, physical design, DFT, and embedded software.
