o3 Capital acted as the Exclusive Financial Advisor to Koye Pharmaceuticals on its acquisition by Warburg Pincus-backed Integrace
We are pleased to announce that our client, Koye Pharmaceuticals, has been acquired by Warburg Pincus-backed Integrace, marking another step in Warburg Pincus' strategy to build a scaled domestic formulations platform.
This marks o3 Capital's 9th transaction in the domestic formulations segment, its 2nd transaction supporting Warburg Pincus' platform build-out and its 3rd transaction with Koye Pharmaceuticals, following the company's fundraise from Premji Invest and subsequent acquisition by Aries Health.
Speaking on the transaction, Shiraz Bugwadia, Managing Partner at o3 Capital, said: “We are delighted to have advised Koye Pharmaceuticals on its acquisition by Integrace. Koye’s portfolio in women’s health and orthopaedics is a strong strategic fit, adding meaningful depth in core therapies to the scaled domestic formulations platform being built by Warburg Pincus.”
